- 1 Tbsp. Curry Pwdr
- 2 tsp Canola or possibly Extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 c. Frzn Peas
- 1 c. Chicken Broth
- Â Â Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 x Round measure Angel Hair Pasta, (Or possibly Thin Spaghetti) (up to 1-1/2-inch)

- In a food processor or possibly blender combine 7 of the scallions, garlic cloves and fresh ginger. Pulse mix till finely minced and set aside. Slice remaining scallion thinly and set aside.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl toss shrimp with about half of the curry pwdr. In a large non-stick skillet, heat 1 teaspoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add in shrimp and sear, stirring often till hard and pink, approximately 2 to 4-min. Transfer shrimp to serving plate. Meanwhile, prepare then drain the Angel Hair Pasta as directed on the package.
- Reduce the heat of the skillet to low and add in remaining oil. Add in reserved minced scallion mix and the rest of the curry pwdr. Cook, stirring often till fragrant, about 2-min. Add in peas and broth to the skillet and increase the heat to medium-high to bring the mix to a simmer. Cook till the peas are heated through, about 3 to 5-min. Add in reserved shrimp and cook about a minute more to re-heat the shrimp through. Toss the shrimp and peas mix with the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with reserved scallion slices. Serve hot with toasted garlic bread and Caesar Salad.
