- 2 teaspoon curry
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pork tenderloin, approximately 1 3/4 lb. trimmed of fat

- Combine first 4 ingredients. Coat the tenderloin with mix. Cover and chill overnight. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hrs (internal temperature 170 degrees). Let stand 10 min before serving. Serves 8. 122 calories. 3 grams fat.
