- 1 pound lean boneless pork
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dry ginger
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. stir fry vegetables
- 1 teaspoon chicken broth or possibly water
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seed

- Slice pork across grain into 1/8 inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic and ginger for 10 min. Heat the 1 Tbsp. oil in skillet or possibly wok. Add in pork and stir fry for 3 to 5 min till pork is no longer pink. Add in vegetables (unthawed) and the chicken broth or possibly water. Stir mix, cover and steam for 3 min or possibly till vegetables are heated through, but still crisp-tender. Serve over warm, cooked rice. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed. Serves 4.
