  1. Place roast at the bottom of the crock-pot. Puree plums in a blender and add in onions, dry mustard, ginger, lemonade and soy sauce. Pour over roast and cook in the crock pot on low for 4 - 5 hrs or possibly till pork is fully cooked. Slice pork and serve with plum sauce from the crock pot.
  2. Chefs Notes: The sauce is really just a cooking marinade. You can cut out some calories by taking it easy on how much plum sauce you spoon on your pork
