- 1 c. shreds of wheat bran cereal
- 1/3 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 can (8 ounce.) crushed pineapple in juice, not liquid removed

- Stir together flour, baking pwdr, salt and sugar. Set aside. Beat egg slightly. Add in cereal, lowfat milk and oil. Stir to combine. Let stand about 2 min or possibly till cereal is softened.
