- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. minced nuts or possibly raisins
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 c. mashed bananas (about 5 med.)
- 1 1/4 c. crushed undrained pineapple
- 1 c. vegetable oil
Инструкции
- In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, nuts, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- In separate bowl, beat Large eggs; stir in bananas, pineapple and oil till blended. Add in all at once dry ingredients; stir till moistened. Spoon into large greased muffin c., filling 2/3 full.
- Bake in 350 degree F oven for 20 to 30 min or possibly till tops are hard to the touch.
- Makes 30 muffins.
