Ингредиенты

3 quart small beets
3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
4 c. granulated sugar
1Â 1/2 c. water
2 x cinnamon sticks (optional)

Инструкции

Cook beets and set them aside. Combine rest of ingredients and boil them to a syrup. Pour boiling syrup over beets in warm jars, then seal them. Cool pack them for 10-15 min.
