- Mix flour and salt, make a well. Add in egg and water (that has been previously mixed together). Knead till soft and smooth. Add in more flour if needed. Let dough rest for 10 min under a bowl.
- Roll out on a floured board. (Don't "flip" dough.) Roll out proportionately (not too thin). Cut into circles about 1 1/2 inch.
