Рецепт Peppered Beef Soup

• 1 roast (about 4 lbs)
• 1/2 cup flour
• 2 Tsp olive oil
• 1 med onion chopped
• 6 cloves garlic largely minced
• 2 large potatoes diced
• 1 16oz package of baby carrots
• 2 bottles of beer or 3 cups beef broth dependeding on what you prefer
• 2 Tsp vinegar
• 2 Tsp worchestershire sauce
• 2 Tsp parsley flakes
• 1 Tsp beef bouillon
• 3 tsp pepper
• 4 bay leaves
• salt to taste
