Ингредиенты

1 roast (about 4 lbs) 1/2 cup flour 2 Tsp olive oil 1 med onion chopped 6 cloves garlic largely minced 2 large potatoes diced 1 16oz package of baby carrots 2 bottles of beer or 3 cups beef broth dependeding on what you prefer

2 Tsp vinegar 2 Tsp worchestershire sauce 2 Tsp parsley flakes 1 Tsp beef bouillon 3 tsp pepper 4 bay leaves salt to taste

1. Cover the roast with the flour and brown in a skillet over high heat.
2. Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker and simmer for 7-8 hours
