- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf

- Sear pork chops on both sides in warm pork fat. Transfer to casserole with cover. Mix all ingredients together and pour over chops. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 325 degrees.
