- 2 1/2 c. white flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. veg. oil
- 2/3 c. water
- 16 ounce. can pumpkin
- 1 c. minced pecans
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottoms only of two 9x5 loaf pans.
- Sift dry ingredients together and place in large bowl. In medium bowl combine oil, water, Large eggs and pumpkin. Add in to flour mix and mix well. Mix in pecans. Pour into prepared loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cold 10 min then remove to cooling rack.
- Excellent served with soft cream cheese.
