- To make crust and topping: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place flour, butter, brown sugar and pecans in a food processor or possibly blender and blend at low speed till crumbly. Reserve 1 c. of mix for topping. Pat remaining mix into bottom of an 8" ungreased square pan. Bake 8 min or possibly till set. Remove from oven and set aside.
- To make filling and assemble: In a large mixing bowl, place cream cheese and sugar and combine. Beat in egg. Add in lowfat milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Blend till smooth. Pour over crumb mix in pan. Top with reserved crumb mix. Bake for 25 min or possibly till golden. Remove from oven and cold. Chill and cut into bars before serving. Makes 12 (1/2") bars.
