  1. Preheat oven to 350 Grease a 15 1 x 10 1 by 1 inch jelly roll pan.
  2. CRUST; Beat together flour, butter, sugar and salt with mixer on low speed till crumbly, ( mix will be dry. ) Press firmly into jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake for 20 min until lightly golden, don't over bake.
  4. PECAN FILLING: Mix all ingredients except the pecans, till well blended. Stir in the minced pecans. Spread filling proportionately over baked crust. Carefully place in oven.
  5. Bake about 25 min or possibly till filling is set. Cold completely before cutting into squares.
