1 1/4 c. Flour, Unsifted
1 c. Confectioners' Sugar
1/2 c. Unsweetened Cocoa
1 c. Margarine Or possibly Butter
1 can (14-Ounces) Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
1 x Egg
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 c. Minced Pecans

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350* . In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine till crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15 min. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed lowfat milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Spread proportionately over baked crust. Bake 25 miutes or possibly till lightly browned. Cold. Cut into bars. Store coverec in refrigerator
