1/2 c. Shorting or possibly, (half butter)
1/2 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown sugar, (packed)
1 x Egg
1Â 1/4 c. Flour, sifted
1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
3/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Mix thoroughly wet ingredients Sift together dry ingredients and stir into wet Refrigeratedough,roll into balls (about the size of walnuts). Place 3" apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten the rolled dough balls with a fork which is dipped into flour, using a crisscross pattern. Bake till set, but not hard, in a 375 degree oven, for 10 to 12 min.
