- 4 pkt Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 10 x Large eggs - beaten
- 4 c. Cottage cheese
- 2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 stk of melted oleo
- 2 x 10z box of minced broccoli
- 2 sm onion - minced

- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together till just mixed and lumpy. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan Bake for about 40 min.
