  • 4 pkt Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 10 x Large eggs - beaten
  • 4 c. Cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 stk of melted oleo
  • 2 x 10z box of minced broccoli
  • 2 sm onion - minced

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together till just mixed and lumpy. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan Bake for about 40 min.
