  1. Braise sausage until firm enough to slice, cool enough to habdle. Slice into 1/4 inch pieces. While onion, etc are cooking, brown off slices in 350F oven or open skillet/tilt fryer.
  2. Melt margarine and saute onions and peppers for 10-12 minutes. Add tomatoes, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Drain fat from sausage slices. Add sausage, bow ties, and chicken base to kettle.
  4. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, until bow ties are tender.
