- Â Â French dressing
- Â Â Seasoning
- Â Â Salad onion
- Â Â Red pepper, minced
- Â Â Carrot, grated
- Â Â Cucumber, shredded
- Â Â Fresh parsley, minced
- Â Â Olives, (optional)
- Â Â Sunflower seeds or possibly raisins, (optional)
Инструкции
- Boil some pasta or possibly rice till cooked and then drain.
- Fold in a little French dressing, season well and cold.
- Add in the minced salad onion, minced red pepper, carrot and some shreds of cucumber. Also, lots of minced fresh parsley is nice and healthy. If your children like olives then add in those and a handful of sunflower seeds or possibly raisins.
