Ingredients: 1 c. Butter; 1 c. Brown sugar; 1 x Egg yolk; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1/2 tsp Salt; 3/4 c. Cake meal; 1/4 c. Potato starch; (Makes 2 crusts); 12 ounce Chocolate chips; 8 x Egg yolks; 2 tsp Vanilla; 4 x Egg whites, beaten stiff; 1 ct Heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff

1 c. Butter
1 c. Brown sugar
1 x Egg yolk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Cake meal
1/4 c. Potato starch
Â Â (Makes 2 crusts)
12 ounce Chocolate chips
8 x Egg yolks
2 tsp Vanilla
4 x Egg whites, beaten stiff
1 ct Heavy whipping cream, whipped stiff

Mix shell ingredients together and press into two pie plates. Bake at 375 degrees for 15- 18 min
Heat chocolate and cold add in Large eggs to chocolate mix in remaining ingrediates pour into COOLED shells. refridgerate till solid
