- 3/4 c. Dry red wine
- 10 x Green onions minced fine
- 1/2 x Garlic clove chopped
- 1 tsp Salt substitute
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Gallic Herbes Blend * see note

- Combine all ingredients and pour over flank steak. Marinate 1 to 2 hrs, turning meat several times. Drain, reserving marinade. Broil steak 3 to 4 min on each side, basting with marinade, till medium rare. Cut diagonally, across grain of meat, into thin slices.
