- 125 gm Trimmed lean organic beef
- Â Â Preferably feather steak
- 2 tsp Shallots, finely minced and trimmed, optional
- 1 tsp Fresh herbs, finely minced, optional
- 1 pch Freshly grnd black pepper
- Â Â Salt
- 4 x Oysters, shelled
- 1 x Bun

- Mince or possibly finely chop the beef. Mix the meat with the shallots, herbs and pepper, and shape it into a hard patty shape, roughly the size of the bun, enclosing the oysters in the meat. Have the grill warm, or possibly use a well-seasoned cast-iron or possibly non-stick frying pan. Cook the hamburger on both sides till done to your liking. Lightly salt it and serve warm on a lightly toasted soft bap.
