Ингредиенты
- 75 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 quarts flour
- 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 1/4 cup chilled egg whole liquid
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 4 lbs japanese bread crumbs
Инструкции
- Wash chicken under running water - drain well
- Mix dry seasonings and flour
- Dredge chiicken in seasoned flour
- Dip in egg/mix mixture
- Roll in bread crumbs
- Bake chicken in 325 F oven for about 20 minutes
- Internal product tempurature must reach 165 F for 15 seconds
- Hold at 140 lF or above until service
