- 1 tsp Grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp Grated lemon zest
- 1 med Shallot, chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1 dsh Black pepper
- 4 x Chicken breast halves with bone,sklin

- Grill meat as desired. Marinade can be reserved, brought to a boil in small saucepan and serve as light sauce for grilled meat. makes about 1/3 c., sufficient for 4 servings.
