Ингредиенты

2 x Large eggs
2/3 c. Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Grated lemon rind
3/4 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

Beat Large eggs with fork till well blended. Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon rind Blend in sugar till mix thickens. Mix flour, baking pwdr and salt and stir into oil mix. Drop by tsp. 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with greased glass dipped in sugar. bake 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or possibly till delicately brown. Enjoy!
