Name: Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Pie
Ingredients: 2 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes; 1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine; 1 1/4 c. sugar; 1 Tbsp. flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp nutmeg; 1/2 tsp ginger; 1/2 tsp cinnamon; 1/8 tsp cloves; 2 x Large eggs; 2 can evaporated lowfat milk; 2/3 c. lowfat milk; 2 x (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Ингредиенты

2Â 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter or possibly margarine
1Â 1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves
2 x Large eggs
2 can evaporated lowfat milk
2/3 c. lowfat milk
2 x (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Инструкции

Combine sweet potatoes and butter or possibly margarine, mix till well blended.
Add in sugar, flour and spices, mix well. Blend in Large eggs, and milks, mix well.
Pour into pie shells. Bake at 425 degrees oven for 10 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour.
