Name: Grandma's Low Fat German Chocolate Apple Cake
Ingredients: 4 c. sliced apples in large mixing bowl.; 2 c. sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 tsp vanilla; 4 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 x Large eggs; 1 c. raisins; 1 c. walnuts or possibly pecans (optional); 1 c. confectioners' sugar; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 Tbsp. butter; 1/2 tsp vanilla

Ингредиенты

4 c. sliced apples in large mixing bowl.
2 c. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbsp. cocoa
2 x Large eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts or possibly pecans (optional)
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp vanilla

Инструкции

Mix well. Add in 2 c. of flour, mixing well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Ice while warm.
ICING:Combine icing ingredients, adding sufficient lowfat milk to make it spreadable.
Spread over warm cake. Serve hot or possibly cold.
