- 200g sugar
- 200g butter
- 200g flour
- 200g nuts
- 100g milk chocolate
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 6 eggs

- 1.Mix butter with 100g sugar,till is complete melted,add cocoa and homogenize.
- 2.Then,you put the beaten egg whites,till they are incorporated,after this add grounded nuts,mix and add gradual flour,mixing continuous.
- 3.Lay the mix in smeared tray with butter and flour,and insert it in the oven.
- 4.When it starts to strenghten (try with a knife ,who needs to remain clean),and pour out the yellow ones rubbed with 100g sugar.
- 5.When those are also,strenghten,pull out the tray from the oven an shred chocolate.
