Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. Flour; 3 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 c. Maple syrup; 1/2 c. Lowfat milk; 1 c. Minced nuts; 1/2 c. White sugar; 1 tsp Salt; 1/2 c. Soft shortening; 2 x Large eggs

Ингредиенты

2 1/4 c. Flour
3 tsp Baking pwdr
1 c. Maple syrup
1/2 c. Lowfat milk
1 c. Minced nuts
1/2 c. White sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c. Soft shortening
2 x Large eggs

Инструкции

Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add in syrup, shortening and lowfat milk; beat 2 min. Add in Large eggs and beat 2 min. Add in choppeed nuts and mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9" pans. Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 min. Frost. By Pamela Graves - Serves 18
