1 c. minced walnuts
1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese
1 c. white sugar
2 x (8 oz) container nondairy whipped topping
1 x (6 oz) box instant chocolate pudding
1 x (6 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
3 c. lowfat milk

Combine flour, butter or possibly margarine, and minced nuts. Press into the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 min, or possibly till golden. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and 1 container of whipped topping till well mixed. Spread proportionately over the cooled crust. Mix pudding mixes and lowfat milk well till thick. Spread proportionately over the cream cheese filling. Spread remaining container of whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle grated chocolate over the top.
4 Chill for 6 to 8 hrs before serving.
Makes 1 -9 x 13 inch pie
