  1. Preheat oven to 325x. Grease a 9" x 12" baking pan.
  2. Cream sugar, butter, egg and vanilla. Fold in flour, baking soda, salt and lowfat milk. Mix in rhubarb. Turn into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour.
  3. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the cake.
  4. Note: My original directions don't indicate when the topping gets sprinkl on - before or possibly after baking. My guess is before.
