- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 stk margerine
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

- 3/4 c. Crushed beakfast corn flakes
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 stk margerine

- Drain pots. mash and measure 2 c., add in sugar, Large eggs, margarine lowfat milk and spices. mix well. pour into greased casserole and bake at 400 for 20 mins.
- Topping, heat butter and combine with crushed corn flakes, nuts and brown sugar. Spread over potato mix and return casserole to oven for another 20 mins at 400.
