- 1 1/4 cups of flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 6 oz unsweetened or bittersweet chocolate
- 3/4 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 lg eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 325 prepare a 9x13 dish
- Sift flour salt baking powder in a bowl set aside
- Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave stirring often to avoid burning
- Mix suger into melted chocolate add the eggs one at a time stirring well after each one add vanilla
- Add flour mixture and fold in gently untill well blended
- Bake for 35 minutes
