  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 6 oz unsweetened or bittersweet chocolate
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 4 lg eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 325 prepare a 9x13 dish
  2. Sift flour salt baking powder in a bowl set aside
  3. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler or microwave stirring often to avoid burning
  4. Mix suger into melted chocolate add the eggs one at a time stirring well after each one add vanilla
  5. Add flour mixture and fold in gently untill well blended
  6. Bake for 35 minutes
