- 100 gm Baby potatoes
- 50 gm Mushrooms
- 1 x Cucumber, (100 g)
- 100 gm Black-eyed pea sprouts
- 3 x Lettuce leaves, shredded coarsely
- Â Â (3 to 4)
- 5 x Cashewnuts, (5 to 6)
- 2 Tbsp. Coriander chutney, (30 g)
- Â Â Salt to taste
Инструкции
- BOIL potatoes until tender. Peel and cut into thin strips. Slice mushrooms.
- Cut cucumber into bite-sized pcs.
- Combine sprouts, mushrooms, cucumber, potatoes and shredded lettuce.
- Arrange the salad mix in a salad dish. Spoon the coriander chutney over. Decorate with cashewnuts.
- NOTES : (A mixed salad garnished with coriander chutney and cashewnuts)
