Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter or possibly shortening; 1 c. Sugar; 2 c. Flour; 4 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Salt; 1 c. Lowfat milk; 12 ounce Chocolate chips; 2 c. Boiling water, (or possibly warm coffee)

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Butter or possibly shortening
1 c. Sugar
2 c. Flour
4 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Lowfat milk
12 ounce Chocolate chips
2 c. Boiling water, (or possibly warm coffee)

Инструкции

Mix together butter, sugar, flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in lowfat milk. Pour this batter into a big oblong cake pan (preferably glass). Sprinkle the top with a lot of brown sugar, and nuts if desired them. Then sprinkle on chocolate chips and pour water over the chocolate chips and bake it in a 350 F oven for 50 min.
The chocolate all slides to the bottom of the pan. Best served with ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
