- 1 pound fresh or possibly frzn cranberries, grnd
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 2 c. cubed apple, or possibly minced pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 2 c. whipped cream (or possibly cold whip non dairy)

- The day before the salad is to be served, mix cranberries and sugar and let set in refrigerator. Next day, drain berries and add in all remaining ingredients. Folding together gently. Salad will be luscious pink color.
