Ingredients: 3 c. Water; 1 pkt Frzn mixed vegetables, (10 ounce.); 3 stalk celery, minced; 2 sm Onions, minced; 2 x Carrots, sliced; 1 lb Grnd beef or possibly cubed chuck roast, browned and liquid removed; 1 x 1 pound can tomatoes; 2 Tbsp. Beef base, granules or possibly paste (2 to 4); 1/2 tsp Pepper; 1 stk butter; 1/2 c. Flour

Ингредиенты

3 c. Water
1 pkt Frzn mixed vegetables, (10 ounce.)
3 stalk celery, minced
2 sm Onions, minced
2 x Carrots, sliced
1 lb Grnd beef or possibly cubed chuck roast, browned and liquid removed
1 x 1 pound can tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Beef base, granules or possibly paste (2 to 4)
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 stk butter
1/2 c. Flour

Инструкции

Put all ingredients in crockpot EXCEPT for butter and flour. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hrs. One hour before serving, turn on High. Make a roux of 1 stick butter and 1/2 c. flour (heat butter in small saucepan, on med-low heat, and stir in flour); stir till smooth. Pour into crockpot and stir into soup. Cook soup on High till thickened.
