- 1 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 2 c. candied red and green cherries
- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
- 1 c. confectionery sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Инструкции
- Cream butter. Gradually add in confectionery sugar. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add in flour and mix well. Stir in pecans and cherries. Refrigeratedough for 1 hour. Divide dough into three rolls, 12 x 1 1/2 inch. Wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate3 hrs. Slice 1/8 inch thick. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 10 min, till there is a light color on the bottom of the cookies. Storage: As crisp cookies.
