- Â Â sirloin steak cut 1-1/2" cubes
- Â Â pork tenderloin cut 1-1/2" cubes
- Â Â chicken breast cut 1-1/2" cubes
- Â Â peeled deveined large shrimp
- 1 c. House of Tsaang Hibachi Grill sauce any variety
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 8 c. any one or possibly an assortment of the
- Â Â the following:
- Â Â bell pepper cut into chunks
- Â Â summer squash sliced
- Â Â button mushrooms whole
- Â Â baby carrots blanched
- Â Â baby red potatoes blanched
- Â Â green onions cut 1" pcs
- Â Â blanched corn on the cob sliced 1" chunks

- Combine grill sauce and onion. Place meat in large bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in half of marinade to meat; marinate approximately one hour.
- Place vegetables in large bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in remaining marinade; marinate one hour.
- Drain meat and vegetables. Throw away marinade. Alternately thread meat (use one type of meat per skewer) and vegetables onto 8 greased metal skewers or possibly wooden skewers which have been soaked in water for 30 min.
- Cook over medium-warm coals for 15 min, turning often and brushing with additional grill sauce till meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp/tender.
- This recipe yields 8 skewers.
- Yield: 8 skewers
