  • 2 lb any one or possibly a combination of
  •     the following:
  •     sirloin steak cut 1-1/2" cubes
  •     pork tenderloin cut 1-1/2" cubes
  •     chicken breast cut 1-1/2" cubes
  •     peeled deveined large shrimp
  • 1 c. House of Tsaang Hibachi Grill sauce any variety
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 c. any one or possibly an assortment of the
  •     the following:
  •     bell pepper cut into chunks
  •     summer squash sliced
  •     button mushrooms whole
  •     baby carrots blanched
  •     baby red potatoes blanched
  •     green onions cut 1" pcs
  •     blanched corn on the cob sliced 1" chunks

  1. Combine grill sauce and onion. Place meat in large bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in half of marinade to meat; marinate approximately one hour.
  2. Place vegetables in large bowl or possibly plastic bag. Add in remaining marinade; marinate one hour.
  3. Drain meat and vegetables. Throw away marinade. Alternately thread meat (use one type of meat per skewer) and vegetables onto 8 greased metal skewers or possibly wooden skewers which have been soaked in water for 30 min.
  4. Cook over medium-warm coals for 15 min, turning often and brushing with additional grill sauce till meat is cooked through and vegetables are crisp/tender.
  5. This recipe yields 8 skewers.
  6. Yield: 8 skewers
