- 3 c. Tomato juice, Hunt's No Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Raw macaroni,
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr,
- 1/4 tsp Pepper,
- 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr,

- Add in Macaroni to boiling water and cook for 7 min.
- Cook the first 3 ingredients in cast-iron skillet till meat is brown and vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Add in tomato juice, macaroni, and spices.
- Simmer till liquid is almost absorbed.
- Note: Served with a salad, this makes a delicious meal.
