- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. minced green pepper
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 T oil
- 3/4 c. salsa
- 8 ounce Velveeta
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomatoes, liquid removed and minced

- Saute onion, pepper with garlic in oil till tender. Add in salsa and Velveeta. Heat till cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Add in crabmeat and tomatoes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
