- 1 1/3 c. whole-kernel corn
- 1/4 c. finely minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. finely minced red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)

- COMBINE salsa, corn, bell peppers and cilantro in medium bowl. Chill for at least 2 hrs. Serve over meat or possibly poultry or possibly with tortilla chips.
