  • 1 3/4 c. (1-lb. jar) Thick & Chunky Salsa or possibly Garden Style Salsa
  • 1 1/3 c. whole-kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. finely minced red bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)

Инструкции

  1. COMBINE salsa, corn, bell peppers and cilantro in medium bowl. Chill for at least 2 hrs. Serve over meat or possibly poultry or possibly with tortilla chips.
