- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 4 c. + 3 heaping tbsp. flour

- Cream together first 7 ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press down cookies with fork dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 min for soft cookies.
