Ингредиенты
- 1/2 pound cheese (cheddar or possibly longhorn) cut in sm. cubes
- 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (save juice for dressing)
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Pineapple juice (liquid removed from pineapple)

- Cut cheese and mix with marshmallows and pineapple. Beat Large eggs and add in sugar, salt and flour. Mix well. Gradually add in juice and cook over medium heat till thickened. Cold before mixing with cheese, marshmallow and pineapple mix.
