- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced broccoli
- 3 tomatoes, cut up
- 1 sm. onion, finely minced
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 jar (3 to 4 ounce) stuffed green olives, sliced
- 1 can liquid removed, pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1 sm. pkg. ranch dressing (dry)
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar

- Make dressing, pour over vegetables. Stir every 2 hrs. Make early in the day, or possibly night before.
