- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
- 1 lg. can mango pulp
- 5 tbsp. grnd almonds or possibly pistachios, minced
- 1 c. lowfat milk

- Mix the ice cream and the mango pulp. Add in the grnd almonds and the lowfat milk to the ice cream mix. Blend at high speed in a blender. It should be served right away. If you have a chilled glass, which works well.
